Anniversary Commemoration Event, June 2004
Peerless Rockville staged another Civil War weekend event to commemorate the 140th anniversary of Jubal Early's army coming to Rockville. Highlights included a Civil War encampment at the Beall-Dawson grounds, ceremonies and lectures, a period baseball game, period music concerts, a theatrical debate on historic topics, and walking and an evening torchlight tours.
